Role Overview

Dr. Fast Track is seeking a hands-on Chief Commercial Officer to drive our commercial strategy, leading our sales, marketing and customer relations efforts. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our growth, working closely with our executive team to enhance our market presence, grow revenue, and achieve our ambitious commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Marketing Leadership:
    • Set and achieve sales and marketing goals, including the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) across mainly digital and communication, but also traditional channels.
    • Lead the execution of the commercial plan, establishing and nurturing strong relationships with customers and partners to hit revenue targets.
    • Leverage market and customer insights to shape marketing efforts and product positioning.
  • Commercial Strategy Development:
    • Develop and execute a robust commercial strategy to meet business objectives and drive growth.
    • Identify new market opportunities and position Dr. Fast Track to capitalize on them effectively.
    • Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to align commercial initiatives with overall business strategy.
  • Business Development and Partnerships:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, alliances, and market expansions.
    • Lead negotiations and manage key relationships with stakeholders and business partners.
    • Ensure a relentless focus on customer satisfaction and retention in all commercial activities.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
    • Build, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing commercial team that embraces continuous learning and excellence.
    • Align sales, marketing, and business development efforts to ensure cohesive execution across teams.
    • Set financial targets and report on commercial performance to the executive team and board of directors.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with product development, operations, and finance teams to ensure commercial strategies align with product capabilities and financial objectives.
    • Collaborate with internal and external resources to ensure successful execution of company-wide projects and initiatives.

Key Qualifications

  • Strong background in sales, marketing, and business development with a proven track record in driving commercial success through digital sales and community building
  • A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to executing commercial strategies.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape, and experience from the healthcare sector is an advantage.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with a passion for developing talent.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and business partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing relationships with key stakeholders.
